Transactions downloaded from American Express credit card are incorrect. I have an alert that QB is working to resolve the issue. Can I get an update? (2024)

The data we receive in QuickBooks depends on the information sent to us by the financial institution. As a result, once youconnect your online banking to QBO, the transactions that appear on your account match those on your bank statement. I advise verifying your bank statement for the transactions recorded on your QBO account.

I am also experiencing a similar issue. We have 2 different office credit cards, same bank, for some reason, all the charges on card one are also showing up on card 2 now. I do not want to "match" or "add" these and I can not remove them either.

Please advise.

As mentioned by my colleague @MirriamM above, QBO is only dependent on the data sent by financial institutions.

However, transactions that are already downloaded can be excluded through these few simple steps:

1. Go toTransactions, then clickBank transactions.
2. From theFor Review tab, locate the transactions.
3. Then hitExclude.
