"I am forever to Dr. Jason Eugene McGowan, I had a brain bleed after Covid. The recovery took a long time but I am grateful that I have fully recovered. The Neurosurgeons were very honest in regard to limits I might face. If I had not told somebody that I had craniotomy they would never know. "

"I had a cervical fusion. I was terrified and I've had terrible experiences with doctors throughout my life, causing PTSD. I was very reluctant to even go to a doctor, but I had been living in extreme pain for about 2 years. Neurosurgery One was recommended to me by a friend and I anxiously made an appointment with Dr. McGowan.I feel so lucky and blessed to have found this doctor and his amazing team. I'm 3 months post-op now and I have had nothing but the best and most progressive care throughout the entire experience. Everyone treated me with respect and took all of my fears and anxieties seriously and helped me through the entire process.This was a serious surgery and Dr. McGowan and his team performed it flawlessly and with great care and bedside manner.I feel great, the surgery was a success and my faith in the medical community has been somewhat restored. "Miracles are dispensed through the talented hands of this incredible neurosurgeon. I am 75 years old and had four prior back surgeries. My back was held together with a rod and a multitude of hardware. I subsequently had a fall which resulted in a compound fracture at T7 at the end of the rod. Dr. McGowan was able to extend the rod to repair the fracture and restored my life back to normal - no disability and no pain. I am eternally grateful that I was lead to this remarkable man to care for me in this complicated case."

"Dr. McGowan and his staff were a delight to work with. When I first met Dr. McGowan, he was able to explain the spinal surgery I needed. It made sense to me and immediately put me at ease. Throughout my surgery and after, I was treated with care. All my questions were answered swiftly. I am 6 weeks post surgery and feeling better than I have in a long time. "Dr. McGowan was the surgeon who repaired my son’s neck after a serious accident. The day before surgery, Dr. McGowan met with me to explain the x-rays and procedure that would take place. He was compassionate and reassuring, speaking in terms a scared mother could understand. After surgery he found me in the hospital waiting room and, again, took time to sit down with me to answer any questions I might have had. His calm and patient attitude was very reassuring. My son met Dr McGowan on his first follow-up visit after being released from the hospital, and was immediately impressed with the attention and focus he was given. We were made to feel like the most important appointment of the day. The doctor maintained eye contact and patiently answered our questions. We are so thankful to be in Dr. McGowan’s care and on the way to a full recovery."

He rebuilt my back and neck, and was completely dialed into my recovery from this event. "Dr. McGowan encountered me in an emergency situation. He want far above the call of duty to present me and my family with a surgical solution that give me the best chance at a return to normalcy. Post surgery, he has remained in touch with me to facilitate continuing care with astounding response times and compassion. All of my follow-up providers have commented on his skill and minimally invasive approach to a major injury. Dr. McGowan's team is also wonderful. I am blessed to have been under his care."
