How do I view archived courses in Edgenuity? ›

A course catalog is a list of courses that are offered by a post-secondary institution. Generally circulated online, this catalog contains a detailed list of classes offered by subject and may include credits awarded, along with location, timing and instructor details.

Archiving the course preserves the associated data, and the course can be unarchived at any time. If a course is published, it will remain published and existing enrolled students will continue to have access to the course. The course access settings, such as Private and Hidden settings, will remain the same.

WHAT IS A COURSE CATALOG? A course catalog is a document that lists courses taught at a school by discipline, complete with a brief description of each course. In addition to a brief overview of the course, the description will sometimes include the grade level, prerequisites, course length, amount of credit, etc.

You and your students can view an archived class. To use the class again, you have to restore it. You and your students can still access any class materials in Google Drive. That includes any attachments for assignments or other student work.

The activities for the lesson should be listed. The current activity should be highlighted. If not, select any activity and click Select Current Activity. For the current activity, click Bypass (Current Activity).

Finding College Catalogs

Most colleges give students access to the catalog on the school website. Some schools choose not to make their catalogs available online, and to receive these, you must mail in a request form. In addition, you may be able to pick up a printed copy on campus.

Prerequisites: Any courses or skills that are required to take the course.

Catalog year refers to a student's first year of study at an institution, encompassing fall through summer semesters. Degree requirements are organized around one's catalog year as program requirements may change through the years.

This process removes emails from your server while still allowing you to access them. However, archiving doesn't delete the emails — it simply moves them to another server.

Click on the "Your archived classes" link below your classes in your dashboard to bring up all archived classes.

When you archive a board, you can find it at the bottom of your profile, below your boards. Archived boards will not show up in your public profile and you will not be able to save Pins to it. You can unarchive a board at any time.

Click View By: Students. Click a learner. From the learner's portfolio, click the portfolio selector, and then select Archived Portfolios. From the archived portfolio page, select a year, and then an archived course.
